Barbara Frew, 86, of Avoca, passed away Saturday, May 23, 2026, at Geisinger Wyoming Valley Hospital in Wilkes-Barre. Born in Lykens, Pennsylvania, on August 20, 1939, she was the daughter of the late John and Ethel (Warfield) Lechleitner. Barbara was a faithful member of Nativity of Our Lord Parish in Duryea.
