Christine M. Hine, 87, of North Wilkes-Barre, passed away peacefully Thursday, February 12, 2026, surrounded by her loving family at Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center.   Born in Wilkes-Barre, she was the daughter of the late Christopher and Elizabeth (McEnaney) O’Brien.    She was a graduate of St. Mary’s High School, Wilkes-Barre, and College Misericordia, Dallas, where she earned her Nursing degree.  She had worked as an operating room nurse at the former Mercy Hospit
