Marc C. Thomas

Marc C. Thomas, 59, formally of Avoca, passed away on August 5, 2026, at his home in Nanticoke.  He was born June 6, 1967, and was the son of the late William Thomas and Donna Fedyk Baldwin. 

Marc was a graduate of Pittston Area High School, class of 1985. He then joined the United States Army and the United States National Guard serving during the Gulf War Period.  e worked several years for Party Time Manufacturing, Hughestown and also for Golden Technologies, in Duryea.

Marc was a die-hard fan of the Oakland Radiers (Las Vegas Radiers) football.  He enjoyed the game of Golf and enjoyed spending his time with his family and close friends, he will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Michael and Martha (Moore) Fedyk, his paternal grandparents, William and Edith (Kalmanowicz) Thomas, his uncle Dennis Thomas and his aunt Ann Thomas Gustitis.

He is survived by his sister, Holly Baldwin, of Pittston, his aunt Michaleen Harned, of Avoca. his nieces and nephews and cousins.

A blessing service was held on Saturday August 15, 2026 with Fr. Thomas Petro, of Queen Of The Apostles Parish, Avoca, officiating.
