Steven Borick

Steven Borick, 80, of Wilkes-Barre passed away on Monday, February 23, 2026, in Wilkes-Barre General Hospital.

Born on April 20, 1945, in Wilkes-Barre, he was the son of the late John and Julia (Barsavage) Borick. He was a graduate of James M. Coughlin High School, class of 1963, and served his country proudly in the U.S. Army from 1964 to 1970.

Steve worked as an architectural draftsman and was employed at TGL Engineering, Inc., Kingston since 2006.

Steve enjoyed Penn State football, spending time with family and friends, trips to the casino, and traveling to Peru and Florida with Yolanda. He will be sadly missed.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Mary Ann Dunbar, a brother Joseph Borick and a sister Stella (Starr) Laurel.

He is survived by his second wife, Yolanda Guevara, stepdaughter Karina Tosi and her husband, Alfred, step grandchildren, Adrian Flores and Anthony Tosi and a sister Barbara Tarence.

Funeral Arrangements were held at the convenience of the family from the Daniel J. Hughes Funeral & Cremation Service, Wilkes-Barre.
