Frank was the son of the late Frank E. Lawler, Sr. and Frances M. Connors Lawler. He grew up on Broad Street in Pittston, a short stroll from his favorite annual event, The Pittston Tomato Festival.

Frank was a graduate of Scranton Preparatory High School and continued his education at The University of Scranton, where he earned a degree in Political Science. He began his career in sales at James O. Brown Food Brokers. Passionate about health and wellness, he co-founded Rejuvenessence Wellness Spa. Frank took great pride in his seat on the Pittston Area School Board and spent the last years of his life dedicated to his community.

Charismatic to his core, Frank’s infectious personality and quick wit were a welcome addition to any room. He will be warmly thought of for his inquisitive, yet disarming, nature. A friend to many, and unbridled by the confines of punctuality, he always left time for a post-meal cup of coffee (or two). He could often be found around town passionately supporting his beloved St. Louis Cardinals. Taken too soon, Frank’s infectious laugh, fierce hugs and mesmerizing green eyes will be cherished by all.

Frank is lovingly remembered by his children; son Frank Lawler III and his wife Lauren, Coopersburg PA, and daughter, Juliet Lawler, Richmond VA, and grandchildren; Penelope, Frankie IV, Camila, and Elena. Also surviving are his siblings; brother, John F. Lawler, Pittston, sisters; Mary Lawler (Coyle Smith), Dallas PA, Ann Camp (Dr. William Camp), Dallas PA, Dr. Rita Goodman (Dr. Ira Goodman), Florida, Catherine Cawley, (Thomas Cawley) Virginia, numerous nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, August 9, 2025, at 11am in St. John the Evangelist Church, 35 William St., Pittston.

Arrangements are entrusted to Adonizio Funeral Home, LLC- Pittston
