Grace Rose Pudim
Grace Rose Pudim, 94, formerly of Pittston, passed away peacefully, Tuesday September 22, 2026 at the home of her daughter.
Born in Pittston on November 7, 1931 she was the daughter of the late Leonard Buscemi and Giochina Luminia Buscemi.
Grace’s greatest joy in life was taking care of her family.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings and sons-in-law; Frank Ratchford and Ronald Hoover and granddaughter, Cassandra Bellas.
She is survived by her children; Jacqueline Kupchin Ratchford, Kingston, Mary Grace Hoover, Pittston, Theresa Kupchin, Pittston, Joseph Kupchin, Pittston Twp., and Leonard Kupchin, Scranton, as well as her grandchildren; Tonia Donahue, Ronald Hoover, Kimberly Baltruchitis, Christopher Kupchin and Joseph Kupchin, great-grandchildren, brother, Salvatore Buscemi, and nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank the Hospice of the Sacred Heart for all of their support.
A mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated, Friday September 25, 2026 at 9:30AM in Communion of Saints Parish, at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, 237 William St., Pittston.
Interment will follow is St. Rocco’s Cemetery.
